Cancellation and Return Police
All retail customs (§ 13 BGB) can cancel their orders in writing within 14 days of ordering without mentioning a cause. This 14 day period begins with reading and acknowledging these Terms in the ordering process. All cancellation must be made in writing to:

Or by returning the merchandise in question. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in the condition it was received. You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
