2. Offer + Contract
2.1 All offer while supplies last or as noted. Prices are subject to change. Not responsible for typographical error.

2.2 By clicking the "Send Order" button in the last Step of the ordering procedure your order is binding.

3. Cancellation and Return Police
All retail customs (§ 13 BGB) can cancel their orders in writing within 14 days of ordering without mentioning a cause. This 14 day period begins with reading and acknowledging these Terms in the ordering process. All cancellation must be made in writing to:

Or by returning the merchandise in question. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in the condition it was received. You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

4. Pricing
All prices include 19% VAT-Tax. Shipping will be added to all orders.

5 Shipping / Postage
Flat rate shipping will be added to all orders as follows:

Germany = 7 €
Europe = 18 €
Rest of the World = 30 €
These shippments go out DHL-Insured.

Mini Shipping

For smaller orders of a maximum of 5 items or 50€ - we offer shipping via registered mail.

Germany   = 4€
Europe      = 6€
Rest der Welt = 10€

These packages are NOT insured, so if you want to be on the safe side use the dispatch method "DHL-Insured".
To send shipment via registered mail we have to go to the Post Office. Therefore these packages will be collected and dispatched on Thursday. Deadline for orders and payment is Wednesday noon for shipments Thursday.

German orders over 250 € shipped free of charge
European orders over 500 € shipped free of charge
Rest of the World orders over 1000 € shipped free of charge

Shipping charges will be mentioned again during the order process.

6. Shipping
6.1 We ship with DHL Paket Post. All orders are insured to 500€ (except Mini Shipping)

6.2 Delivery time:

Deutschland - apx. 4-7 day after Payment  (except Mini Shipping)
Europe - apx. 10-14 day after Payment  (except Mini Shipping)
Rest of the World - apx. 2-3 Weeks day after Payment  (except Mini Shipping)
This information is an approximation and not a guarantee!!

6.3 Should an item be sold out or undeliverable, you will be notified immediately in which case you can either cancel your order and have you money returned or decide to wait until it is in stock again.

7. Payment
7.1 All items must be prepaid before shipping.

7.2 We accept PayPal and wire transfers (information needed for the transfer will be sent with your order confirmation).

8. Eigentumsvorbehalt
All material remains property of G + P until fully paid. All items must be paid in full before shipment.

9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you to process your order. We will not disclose buyer’s information to third parties, excluding the credit clearance company, at any time, now or in the future. Cookies are used in this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses
